Text Box: Grace Groups Ministry at First Lutheran is carried out through Grace groups. These groups are: Glorify in Worship Purple is the sign of royalty. We worship God, the King of Kings…. Respond as Stewards Yellow represents the joy experienced by those who give and those who receive, as we respond to God’s love and grace…. Act with Evangelism Red is the color of fire, and represents the Holy Spirit’s working as we witness and share the Good News of Christ.... Care like Christ Blue is a sign of hope, the hope we seek to offer others as we care for others as Christ did…. Educate to Grow Green represents growth. We seek to grow in faith and love as disciples of Christ…. GRACE Group Happenings EDUCATE TO GROW PRAY FOR PEACE Please help us fill the bulletin board with names of our military. In a basket are Origami Cranes. Write the name of the soldier on the crane and tack them to the bulletin board. Origami Cranes are a symbol of hope and peace. MEMBERS NEEDED Any one interested in sharing their talents with the church might consider becoming a GRACE Group member. There is a wide variety of options to choose from. You could help with the worship or help support the education of our church. There is also a committee that reaches out for possible new members and visit the shut-ins.
